Some of you have been asking me questions so i just wanna answer them.
Type of point shoes: Bloch
Age: 11 (first year on point)
Level in dance: Apprentice (or level like ballet 7-8 would be ages 15-17 but we r all 10-12)
My camp: 3 weeks from 9-2:30 dancing and then i have classes from 5:15 -6:15, 3 out of 6 days
My dad was in Boston for a week, so I asked him if he could try and get a Boston Ballet T-shirt! Guess what….. HE GOT 4!!! They are so cool! 2 of them are made for you to wear durring class and the other 2 are regular T’s.
ok now i have been on point 4 a few days and my point shoes are breaking in. even though im still NOT ON THE BOX my dance teacher says im getting better. I may have my 1st dance on point this year!! Im so excited! oh and my best friend Xoxcutie33 also got point shoes a little after me!! YAY!!
owwww!!! today was my second day of Summer Intensive Camp!!!!!! I am going with my best friend! her website is http://xoxcutie33.wordpress.com. both day we have had a teacher named Ms.Ida! and (btw: this is gonna be something i like never say!!) OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! ( i never say omg.) she is like……..ummm…….like…….oh……. she can make ur legs hurt in like 2 minutes!!!! try having 2 DAYS WITH HER!!!!!!! Anyway, i am going there for…….8 more days!!!! but im with my best friend and 6 of my friends!!!!
I know it has been 11 days since I have posted but I have been busy. On June 14th I had my recital. It was so much fun. I was in 2 dances called Fairies and Hersey’s Hugs and Kisses/Candy man!! After that I started breaking in my point shoes by doing simple exercises like going on the top of the shoe. Then yesterday I went for my friends birthday to see the movie Get Smart. It was so funny, it is rated PG-13 for those of you that want to see it. Last but not least, starting on July 7th-July 19th(2 weeks) I will be doing @ my dance school, a camp called Summer Intensive. You go from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. (7 hours but you can stay later) and dance. I will go with my friend so that I know someone. Well that’s all I… OH YEA!!! I DID IT!!!! I GOT MY POINT SHOES TODAY!!!! I GOT THEM AT DRAGONS DEN, THEY ARE HAVING A HUGE SALE ON MUST POINT SHOES CAUSE THEY ARE SELLING THE STORE!!! I AM SO EXCITED, 3 YEARS HAS FINALLY PAID OFF ALL FOR THIS MOMENT
Hola again!!! Today i was @ the dance academy from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.!!! THAT IS 6 1/2 HOURS PPLZ!! it is only cause my recital is this SATURDAY!! EEEEPPP! Im not that nervous! This frieday (the 13th) is our dress rehersal @ baley hall!! AGAIN…..ALL DAY!!! peace out bye!
Im going on POINT!!! this begining of summer i am taking my first real step into point shoes!!! my dance teacher has always complained about how i needed a higher relave (higher on tippy-toes) and she said until i fixed i that i couldnt go on point!! so i guess i fixed it!!! anyway i am buying my point shoes at either my dance school or at dragon’s den!! peace out pplz! by the way………………………… start commenting plz!!
